Spacepath offer generous product warranties with each new product purchased. During the warranty period, you will have the assurance that should you have a technical issue, the company will provide full technical support to keep you on the air. Up to now, there have not been any schemes or programmes offered by satellite uplink amplifier manufacturers which offer continuous warranty cover beyond the normal guarantee period. Bringing new customer focused initiatives, is one of the key differentiators that Spacepath brings to the market.

Our continued service plans offer the customer, large or small a method of assuring that a comprehensive support plan is in place beyond the warranty period. To tailor your service plan, which suits your requirements, we are offering a number of different support levels:

Silver Plan

  • Telephone support for the equipment covered
  • Priority rental equipment availability
  • Free of charge repair evaluation
  • Priority evaluation and repair turnaround 

Gold Plan

  • Priority evaluation and repair turnaround 
  • Free of charge repair evaluation
  • Telephone support for the equipment covered
  • Free loan unit for duration of evaluation and repair
  • Shipping costs covered for return of unit to Spacepath
  • All repair costs covered (except TWT replacements)

Platinum Plan

  • Dedicated technical case manager ensuring effortless service process
  • Priority evaluation and repair turnaround
  • Door to door logistics handled and paid for by Spacepath (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Telephone support for the equipment covered
  • All repair costs covered (including TWT replacement)
  • Free loan unit for duration of evaluation and repair
